Consultancy and assistance within litigation
We have wide experience within consultancy and assistance to clients within litigation, including especially court cases/arbitration cases and cases for councils and tribunals. Furthermore, we assist auditors in conducting cases before the Danish Disciplinary Board on Auditors (Revisornævnet).
Through the years, we have developed significant experience within auditors’ disciplinary liability and liability in damages. Similarly, we have conducted a number of tax cases before the National Tax Tribunal and the Danish courts.
During the proceedings, we constantly keep focus on the most optimal solution to the client, including whether the case may be settled by a compromise, for example through mediation or on a different basis.
